We rule a Standard Shipping with a period from 3 – 5 (working) days. Our delivery is shipped by the package company UPS.
The cost of the shipping and return is inclusive with your product order, only if you choose to (return) also with UPS and the agreed term of 3 working days.
For returns you have 3 (working) days to send the order back from the day it delivered.
To return one or more of your orders, please follow our Return and Refund procedures.
The Terms and Conditions of Return.
– If you return a product/ item, you have 3 (working) days to send the order back from the day it delivered to you with the shipping agent.
– The product has to be in the same state you have received it from, that means it has not been used or washed.
– The product is not damaged.
The return product will only be accepted if it comply with these conditions.
Refunding and procedures.
If we received the product and it meet all the requirements, you will receive an e-mail from our Customer Care service team that the returned products have been accepted. The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on your Bank and Debit- Card.
Shipping Company/ Return Policy.
We advise you to return the product with our delivery and shipping company UPS. If you use UPS we are paying the (return) costs and it will be free. Follow the next steps to make sure your return will be successful;
– Read The Terms and Conditions of Return carefully.
– Your TRACKING NUMBER is your (electronic) return label that you receive in your e-mail address.
– Use the link from your Tracking Number to plan a pick- up appointment from UPS.
– Your Item will be picked up and Returned.
If you use another shipping company than you have to pay the cost of the return shipping by yourself and you will not receive any compensation for this later. You are responsible for the product during that transport.
